Accessibility fixes
We have fixed a problem where the focus was lost when tabbing between the Search button and the Build search link (1 tab) on a number of pages (WCAG 2.4.7 Focus Visible).

Two issues with the contrast between the text and the background colour have been fixed (WCAG 1.4.3 Contrast (minimum)). Firstly, on the full record page the contrast has been increased on the ‘Expand All’ and ‘Collapse All’ links and the text now turns red when you hover over it.

In addition, on the Build search page the hints under the search fields have been made darker.
