Prism release – 29th November 2012

I have uploaded a resetpin.txt file, but it does not seem to be working. The wording is totally different to that which I uploaded. Any ideas??

Hi Pete, I can see the file in your Admin Console and it looks OK. If the problem is persisting, could you try running resettenantcache on your Prism tenancy? If that doesn’t fix it, could you please open a support case?
