Admin Console Beta launch
We’re pleased to announce the launch of admin.talis.com to an initial group of customers. We’re going to run through a programme of workflows and tests with their assistance.
Once we’ve completed this testing, and we’re satisfied everything works as intended, we’ll start enabling more tenancies. Please keep watching for announcements here, and through other channels, for more information.
In the interim, if you require any configuration changes to your tenancy, please raise a service request and we’ll do them as quickly as possible.

Hi there,
We have made a number of changes to our sandbox tenancy recently. We’d like to make those changes live. Do we need the Admin tool to do this ourselves?
PS It is noticable that the response from the sandbox tenancy is very, very slow compared to the live tenancy. Is there any way of improving this?

Hi Scott,
Until we roll out the admin console further you can raise a service request to have any changes moved over for you.
Is the sandbox tenancy always slow, or only the first few pages when you access it for the first time?
