In accordance with the Prism domain Name Transition plan announced in April,  we are activating a redirect from the old domain name prism.talis.com to the new domain name capitadiscovery.co.uk in October.

On launching your tenancy on the old domain, users will be redirected to the URL on the new domain.  A message will be displayed in a yellow banner across the top of the page informing users of the change and advising them to update their bookmarks.

Please preview this redirect message now by appending ?outdated=true to the URL of your Prism home page: http://capitadiscovery.co.uk/{your tenancy name}/?outdated=true.

This redirect will be in place on any page launched from the old domain, so it will capture users following bookmarks to any search or item page or the account log in page.  The text contained in the yellow banner can be customised on request in the same way as other Prism text.

The redirect will be activated on 16^th October 2013. If you have any concerns about this or if you would like to customise the text could you please let us know as soon as possible by opening a Support case.

Later on this year we will change this redirect to a message that actively encourages users to enter the correct URL. We will provide more information before this takes place.
