Prism release to preview 27th July 2021

We’re pleased to announce that the next release of Prism is now available for preview.
This release includes:

  • Stock purchase request – collection site now optional
  • Single sign-on certificate updated

Stock purchase request – collection site now optional

The Prism stock purchase request form has been updated so that it only records a collection site if one is selected. Where the field is hidden or the user leaves it containing a hypen (as below in the screen shot), then the Stock Purchase Request will not record a collection site.

Single sign-on certificate updated

The certificate used to provide Single Sign-On solutions with SAML based Identify Providers will expire on 20th August 2021. In order to provide a non-disruptive service, we have added our new certificate into the Prism system, allowing you to update your Identity Provider, ensuring no break in service.

Please update your Identify Provider metadata with our new certificate as soon as possible, but no later than 20th August and also update your single sign on configuration to use our new URLs for Prism.
