We are pleased to announce that an updated version of the BLDSS connector has been deployed to LIVE service this morning. This release includes the following:

• The BLDSS connector emails now include the correct link to the support portal 

The BLDSS connector enables Soprano to send ILL requests to and receive reports from the British Library in near real time. Throughout the ILL request process, the BLDSS connector generates emails indicating the progress of the request. The links to the support portal included in the emails have now been updated to the correct address.

We’re pleased to announce that the next release of Soprano is now available for preview. This release includes the item below:

• Two-step verification fix

We have fixed some problems with the process of setting up two-step verification, including the display of the QR code.

The messages that display as you go through the verification process have been reformatted. Note that the operator is currently taken to the  Borrower screen when logging in with two-step verification. We plan to change this to the Home screen in the future.

You can preview this release by inserting ‘-demo’ into your tenancy URL after the word ‘soprano’: soprano-demo.librarymanagementcloud.co.uk/{your tenancy name}. Please remember that it accesses your live data.
