We’re pleased to announce that the next release of Soprano is now available for preview. This release includes the item below:
- Speed improvements for the site lists displayed in some areas of the system and the list of departments
We have resolved a defect in the way we handle site lists when working with borrower records and ordering copies. Similarly the department list when editing a borrower record has been addressed. This information is now cached in Soprano for a period of 10 minutes. This improves the performance of processes and pages using this data and reduces the load on your LMS at the same time.
If you do make changes to the site names or add a site (and similarly with departments), these will automatically update in Soprano’s cache within 10 minutes.

if the Resolution reason is left as the default then the waiver is now recorded correctly.
