If you are using the till and go to waive some or all of the charges using the button at the top of the list of charges:

if the Resolution reason is left as the default then the waiver is now recorded correctly.

Now when doing a borrower name search in Soprano, the date of birth does not display if the Show Borrower Date of Birth option is switched off in the Admin console.

Notifications sent in relation to an ILL request
When you look at the list of notifications associated with an ILL request you can click on a row to see more details of each notification.

Transit message in return
Once an item barcode has been scanned in Return, the system will prevent the entry of further barcodes into the return field. This is to help gather responses from the LDS. You will be able to navigate away, if need be, via the menu.
